Shining buffer is used to create extra shine on the natural, polished, and/ or soak-off gel manicured nails. When used on the natural nail, buff the nail with the purple side first to lightly buff the nail off any dirt, dust, or oil; then proceed to the white side of the block and buff to create a beautiful shine on the nail surface.
